Custom and personalized orders
I am always happy to personalize any of the art you will find in the Digital Art Dreams shop :) Prices start at $10 per image. Please convo me.
How are files downloaded? Can you email them to me?
After purchasing a digital file, you will see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available after your payment is confirmed.
To access your digital file(s) from within your account, go to "You" > "Purchases and reviews" and look for the order. To the right of the order, click on Download Files. It takes you to the Downloads page with all the files attached to your order.

I need a PDF / SVG / Vector. I can't use JPG / PNG for my project
* PDF (not vectorized) is available upon request if it is not included in the listing (no additional charges).
For PDF files you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader
* SVG and AI vector files can be purchased separately in some cases (for an additional charge) unless you are ordering SVG papercut designs (in this situation, you can download SVG files right after purchase). Please convo me about it.
Do you offer an exchange or refund? Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of digital items, I cannot accept a refund or exchange. Once placed, your order cannot be canceled.
Should you have any problems with a file, please contact me. If you have any questions, please ask me before making a purchase.
What does 'Free for personal or non-profit use' mean?
* You MAY use images for personal or non-profit projects (non-commercial use).
* You MAY print sheets as many times as you need in your craft.
* You MAY photograph or shoot a non-commercial video of an item made by you using my designs for posting in your Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, blog, etc.

* You MAY print and create tangible items for sale in your local store, Etsy shop or other online marketplaces (print cards, scrapbooking, paper cuts, t-shirts, bags etc.).
* You MAY photograph or shoot video of commercial items made by you for sale using my designs for posting in your Instagram,
Youtube, Facebook, blog, etc.
All these actions require a purchase of commercial license without credit given to DigitalArtDreams shop or digiartdreams.com website.

Can I make my own digital art using your files?
These are limitations to using DigitalArtDreams graphics:
* You MAY NOT sell the original digital files (separately, in digital collections, DIY kits, templates, paper supply sheets, etc.) or edit files for resale.
* You MAY NOT share, lease, transfer the images to a third-party or claim as your own.
* You MAY NOT distribute the original images on a website, CD, DVD or network.
* You MAY NOT use any part, or the entire image, to put into your digital collages, clipart, digital scrapbooking papers, coloring pages, SVG templates, etc.
* Purchase does not transfer copyright.
